  • Membership sessions can be rolled over or added up even the membership is not active

  • Free 30-minute sessions can only be used when the membership is active. If the payment failed or membership cancelled, all the free 30-minutes sessions will be lost. When the membership is reactive, free 30-minute sessions will start over.
